New Year New beginnings - We wish you a good start into the year 2023

For generations, the highest possible quality, absolute reliability and remarkable inventiveness have been the well-proven pillars on which our joint success is based. It has also always been one of our strengths to put existing structures and processes to the test and, if necessary, to resolutely optimise them. One such optimisation is now imminent:

We have decided to merge Joh. Clouth Maschinenbau Eltmann GmbH & Co. KG into the Joh. Clouth GmbH & Co. KG with effect from 30.12.2022. The Eltmann site will continue to operate as a branch of Joh. Clouth GmbH & Co. KG from now on.

In the next step and thus on 01.01.2023, Joh. Clouth GmbH & Co. KG and also Clouth & Kochenrath GmbH & Co. KG will become Joh. Clouth GmbH.

The aim of this reorganisation is an administrative simplification of internal processes. We would like to emphasise explicitly: Our intention is certainly not a reduction of jobs or the closure of any sites. On the contrary: We expect further growth of the Clouth Group.

What does this mean for you?

  • All contracts and agreements with Joh. Clouth Maschinenbau Eltmann GmbH & Co. KG Clouth & Kochenrath GmbH & Co. KG and Joh. Clouth GmbH & Co. KG remain valid.
    They will be fulfilled by their legal successor, Joh. Clouth GmbH, as of January 2023.
  • All contact persons remain the same - hence all e-mail addresses and telephone numbers too.
  • All sites and branches, including the production in Eltmann, remain where they are. Accordingly, the previous addresses also remain valid.
  • The managing directors are Stefan Wurth, Kai Modtler and Kevin Callus.

In this way, you too will benefit from an even more efficient corporate structure and a reliable, high-quality product and service portfolio from 2023 onwards.
