The CLOUTH-DT® BRONZE doctor blade made of metal was specially developed for the dryer section in the paper machine. We paid special attention to the material when designing this doctor blade: The combinations between phosphor bronze and tungsten carbide as well as the sharp wading tip provide a special and at the same time positive effect: a smooth and even surface.
In addition to the long runtime, however, the CLOUTH-DT® BRONZE stands out with another positive feature. The doctor blade can also be used for cleaning purposes of the cylinder surface in the creep speed.
